Picasso Professional Float Anchor – 500g (0.5kg)

This is the ultimate reef anchor we have seen so far. It’s used to anchor your float to a spot whilst you dive around it. You can either use it as a normal drop weight to mark a spot, or pop open the quad barbs to claw into the ground when in a tidal flow. These can be worn on the belt and deployed when you find a lobster hole or you can drop it in front of a cave you want to explore after resting up on the surface for a while.

This is also a great safety device. Should a diver get stuck in a strong tidal flow beyond their capabilities or stamina, the quad anchor can be deployed to allow the diver the rest from the current without losing ground, or remain stationary until the tidal pressure subsides or help is received. The quad barb system stows away easily until needed.
